Meet Our Staff

At Arizona Head, Neck and Facial Surgery, Ltd we want to be your source for ear, nose and throat health and wellness. We understand the impact that nasal and sinus disease, snoring, sleep apnea, head and neck cancer, voice and swallowing problems and other chronic illnesses can have on you and your family. You will meet friendly and compassionate people here. Our staff has more than 50 combined years of experience working with Dr. Nutley, caring exclusively for patients with ear, nose and throat disorders.

Cheryl: Front Office / Appointment Scheduling

Originally from Illinois, Cheryl has 30 years of experience working exclusively with Dr. Nutley and Arizona Head, Neck and Facial Surgery, Ltd. She has been integral in the practice’s ability to provide superior ENT care. Her kind voice and gentle smile are the first point of contact for all patients entering the practice. When asked, her favorite part of the job is getting to know the patient and their families over the years. Outside of work she loves spending time with her cats (2 were strays brought home from our office). She also enjoys reading, watching professional sports and serving in her church. Cheryl can assist or troubleshoot any problems in scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance authorization and driving directions.

Stephanie: Office Medical Assistant / Operating Room Surgical Assistant

“I have had the honor and privilege to assist Dr. Nutley in the clinic and operating room for the past 31 years. The experience, wisdom and compassion I have learned from him is immeasurable. Now that Dr. Nutley has retired, I have the wonderful opportunity to assist Dr. Rehl.

I like the diversity in my job as well as the continuity of care for the patient in the peri-operative process. I feel I get to know our patients a little more on a personal basis and I always have a good feeling at the end of the day.

My other enjoyment in life is cooking. I love to cook for my family and friends. I love to travel and try new foods and see new places, and old. But most of all I love being and celebrating with my family.”
